I am inspired by materials I find, and even more spellbound by animals: their colors, shapes, textures, beauty, humor. I love how, as its eyes and snout appear, a handmade creature comes alive.
My work has shown at Chroma Projects Gallery in Charlottesville, VA; Quirk Gallery in Richmond, VA and at the Taubman Museum of Art in Roanoke, VA. My work is also semi-permanently on display at the Virginia Veterinary Center in Richmond, VA.
I live in Virginia with my family of four-legged creatures.
